BAL BHAVAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL SCHOOL TIMING & VISITING HOURS

All appointments should be routed through the Mobile App, Email, school diary & Website only.
For any enquiry/ Information contact at school Reception from 08:30 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.
Without prior appointment meeting with Principal and teachers is not entertained.
Day scholar students and parents will be only allowed to meet in Break time.
Boarding students and parents will not get to meet each other without prior informationduring visiting hours.
Only parents & local guardians are allowed to come school with Id Cards.
Please drop materials/tiffin at the security office and not in the class.
Boarding student’s visitors are not allowed to spend more than 2hours with student in the campus.
Visitors may not spend the night in the boarding house in any case.
Visitors are requested not to walk in the classroom/ learning areas during school hours.
Parents may leave messages for ward/ Teacher at the reception desk only.
